Activities

The Trust works out of Nyamathi, Davangere district, where its first programme brings computer education to government school students.

Computer lab inauguration — KPS School, 22 November 2025

The Trust opened a new computer lab at KPS School with a day of celebration — a ribbon cutting, the first classes on the new machines, a tour of the school and a public ceremony attended by trustees, guests, teachers, students and families.

Computer education for girls — Nyamathi

The Trust runs a computer section on the premises of the Government Girls’ High School at Nyamathi. Students learn on desktop machines with supervised instruction, giving rural girls hands-on digital skills their school could not otherwise provide.

Smart classrooms

The Trust has introduced interactive smart boards so that teachers can bring digital lessons, documents and presentations into the classroom.

Setting up the computer lab

New desks were fitted and equipment brought in to set up the computer lab before classes began.

Computer lab inauguration

The computer lab and training centre was formally inaugurated at a public function attended by trustees, guests, teachers and students.

Trustees’ meetings

The Board of Trustees meets at the Trust’s office in the school premises. Trustees gathered in June 2026 to light the ceremonial lamp and review the Trust’s work.

Trustees and visits

Trustees visit the schools and institutions the Trust works with.

Planned work

The Trust intends to widen its work to concessional schooling for poor students, direct support for talented and disabled students, seminars, social relief, encouragement of art and music in rural areas, and participation in government education schemes.
